  9. I been knowing about wheat grass for over 20 years, I once suffer with, being an anemic,, and started taking it, at least 4 time weekly. The next time I had a blood test, my iron, was fine.

  10. I dont know how healthy this is, but if you add milk to a half glass of wheat grass juice, its taste great. Best not blend them together in a blender as its to foamy.
