We enlisted Michael Phillips, Director of Training at Blue Bottle Coffee and 2010 World Barista Champion to show us how to master the perfect cappuccino. Who knew so much went into making everyone’s favorite, frothy morning go-to? Now, if we could only find a way to master the art of sipping without getting foam on our noses…

  2. I see a lot of comments saying "is not a cappucino" or whatever. I'm pretty sure the difference between cappucino, latte, macchiato, etc. is primarily in volume. Yes there are differences in the proportions of foam and whatnot, but I like to think of the different espresso drink types as more of an "idea". Its a general schematic for what it "should" be, but I would argue that the execution can be altered in the name of artistic liberty and expression….just had to throw that out there ✌

  3. This one guy served me a cappuccino with 2 more molecules of espresso than desired, I later shot that man in an alley.

  4. Do you seriously call THAT good joe? On my channel I inform the public with the PROPER joe making techniques.

  5. make a great effort, explain every little step on the way, prove that you're the pro here, and then dip your nose in your drink….. like a pro.
    besides, that looks like a latte to me.

  6. Maybe I should try this one day.. im not picky at all when I want coffee and usually just rebrew with the grounds my wife used. Tastes fine to me.. I refuse to be a snob who needs everything perfect.

    And where can i get "Cadillac Milk" anyway? I haven't a clue.
