Adjectives help to express more about the person, animal, thing or place you are talking about. They describe the noun in a sentence and add meaning to it. Adjectives answer the question, “what kind?” or “how much?” Adjectives are very important parts of speech. Without them our language would be colorless and bland. Think of the difference between saying “this is an apple,” and saying “this is a red, juicy, delicious apple.”
This lesson has examples and sample conversations which will show you some adjectives and how they’re used.
